Level: Senior, Anticipated graduation December 2008

“I began using the Career Center when I was a sophomore. I was unhappy with my major at the time and I had no idea which direction to go. Julia set me up using the FOCUS test and helped me decide which path was right for me. Since then, I’ve also used the Career Center for mock interviews and resume reviews with Julia and Nichole.

If it wasn’t for the Career Center, I wouldn’t have found the right major for me, and I wouldn’t have found this internship. I’m a THIS Intern for “The Harrisburg Internship Semester”. I will be interning at the office of the Speaker of the House. During this 15 credit internship I will be event planning, writing press releases and completing various other public relations tasks. I will also be taking a public policy class one night a week.”
