Elmira Psychiatric Center, a NYSMH operated hospital, is the premier Southern Tier mental health facility. EPC serves nearly 900 individuals in a ten county region and provides a wide array of Adult and Children's Psychiatric Services, both inpatient and community centered, with the services determined by the needs of the diverse rural counties we serve.
